I don’t know about the 1 stars but the girl with the purple hair never has had a attitude with me, and I’ve been coming for 2 years for feeders. Everyone is polite and respectful. And Jada is super knowledgeable about fish and reptiles for a girl her age. I’m sure she will go far! Kaitlyn the manager rocks and always has a smile on her face when I greet her.
I had to go to a different store the last two months to pick up Fortiflora probiotics, which was recommended by a Banfield veterinarian. I also went today to pick up Hills prescription diet Multi-benefit w/d canned dog food. I was only able to pick up four cans. When I asked the cashier if they had anymore, she told me that everything had been stocked, so if there was no more on the shelf, it was not available. I was trying to avoid another trip until Saturday, when I have a follow up vet appointment. Please do a better job at stocking, and having things readily available.

They were less expensive than PetCo today for what I needed.
There was another worker with purple hair we asked for a price on something she said I don't know ask the register. Like come on seriously that's why I asked you so they lost out $60 this place needs better management!!!! The line backed to lane 12 come on bro helpyour co worker.
