I was so thankful to be seen at Aurora Hills Animal Hospital this morning on such short notice. The experience was phenomenal, from making the appointment to the wonderful care received. Mary, Taylor, and Dr. Reilly were extremely kind, attentive, and thorough. I truly appreciated the transparency with costs right up front and not pushing any unnecessary tests/procedures on us (not as common as you would think!). Thank you all so much for allowing us to find a new Veterinarian with you guys, making us feel at home, and treating us like your own! :)

I've had pets since I was a little girl...that means I've dealt with vets since then too. Aurora Hills is probably THE BEST veterinary hospital I've ever had deadline with. The staff there are personable, caring, understanding and informative. I left feeling confident that my girls were being taken care of and that we've found the place for us! I've recommended Aurora Hills to a couple of my friends for their babies, and I believe one is even going there tomorrow for her first appt. with them. I'm sure she'll be singing praises like I am!!! Dr. Reilly has been great with my dog and cats. She’s very thoughtful with her care towards them and works well with me as an owner to explain what’s going on. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. I recommend them highly for all your veterinary needs.

In a timely manner my concerns for my cats wound was taken care of. The price was somewhat high ud83dude33, but his life and safety is of more importance. In comparison with his usual vet at petco, couldn't see him for days. Indeed this is an animal hospital and I have confidence in that.

I really wanted to like this place. The staff were super friendly, but before I saw the vet, before the doctor saw my dog or talked with me about my dog, the tech asked me to commit to more than $300 in tests and a rabies shot because they hadn't been the ones to administer the one she got 3 months ago. When I refused to agree to that without talking to the vet and hearing the results of her initial physical exam, I was treated as if I didn't care about my dog and they stopped listening when I attempted to explain her typical appearance and behavior. I felt like they have an established model of taking advantage of a pet owner by asking them to commit to praying for tests before ever talking to a doctor or receiving a physical exam for the pet.
