My family has been bringing all of our pets, many pets, to Dr. Lawsen for nearly 30 years. He is honest in his advice. You can tell that he loves what he does and is very kind to the animals. He talks fast and works fast. We think he's great! Lee, too. Always pleasant and takes the time when you need to call in.
Absolutely no help pointed me in the direction of emergency clinics when my dog just needed a check up was extremely rude over the phone.
I've taken all my animals here for the past 25 years. Always received excellent service, fair pricing and my animals just love Dr. Larsen. I won't go anywhere else.
Dr. Lassen is great. Very expedient, straight to the point and doesn't beat around the bush to take your money like the animal hospitals do.
I was just told not to come back as a customer. I have been taking my animals to this doctor for 20 years. I called to schedule my dog's annual appointment and spoke with Lee and she was so rude. We did not take our dog there last summer because there was something wrong with their phones. And because of that I was told that we are not welcome back. I really love the doctor, but this receptionist was rude and condescending. I guess loyalty doesn't mean anything.
