I found Red Tie Innovations online, I was looking for a place that would deliver to my Granddaughter in Aurora, since I don't live there I wasn't sure how to go about it! Well I will say this was the BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Tatiana was outstanding! She promised me next day delivery and she delivered right when she said she would! Tatiana was so helpful, Knowledgeable and professional! I live out of state and missed their open hours, but when I was on their site a chat box came up! Tatiana was right there! All we had to do in the morning was finished with my transaction! Tatiana promised she'd call me in the morning and she did! My surprised gift to my granddaughter, who broke her arm, was delivered as promise! When I am in CO next I plan on stopping by to say Thank You in person!
This place is amazing! I went in to create a gift bundle for a guy which I knew might be a challenge but these girls rose to the occasion like true champions! Not only did they help me put together a custom package from scratch they took their time and put genuine thought behind what items would be best and most thoughtful to include. They delivered the package and even sent a picture to me of the lucky guy and his surprise. I literally could not have asked for more! I called Red Tie Innovations mid-morning, looking for recommendations for flowers for a grieving family. They did a great job of creating and quickly delivering a beautiful, customized arrangement, reflecting the career of the family member who had passed. Excellent customer service.
