Called long distance from Alabama to order an arrangement for delivery in Aurora, CO from this florist. I was skeptical since long distance orders for flower arrangements rarely represented the samples on the websites. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the recipient sent me a photo of the delivery. The arrangement was wonderfully designed, flowers were full, fresh and colorful and the recipient was very impressed with the quality that she has decided to use this florist for her deliveries.nGood job Petals and Blooms on Buckley in Aurora, CO. These short-lived flowers were purchased for the enjoyment of guests at my fiancé’s new salon in celebration of her grand opening. This review we reach a fraction of the people that will be reached at the salon, sadly there was no standing behind product as one would come to expect in our society today. The person, possibly the owner, I communicated with said the shelf life on fresh cut flowers is 5 to 7 days, which is laughable because I purchase flowers for myself regularly and never have I had flower look like this in 5 days, never.nWith the fallowing of simple steps of changing water and making sure they are being held in a room temperature environment all of which were correctly done flowers should be beautiful for 5 to 7 days I was informed. Clearly indicated by the time stamps the life of these sad flowers was the 4th at almost 5 pm, thru the 8th, just before 10 am. With this dramatic deterioration I am left to only question the quality of the product in the first place or maybe even the mistreatment during arrangement or during their journey to their resting place.nIn closing think twice before supporting this small business they do not stand behind their product and will slither their way out of any accountability for selling short-lived flowers.
Ana at Petals and Blooms was fantastic! I had ordered flowers for my daughter’s wedding day several weeks prior. Then I got a email from the company saying they cannot deliver on the day they were supposed to deliver. It was Mother’s Day weekend. Ana saved the day! The flowers were beautiful and delivered in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this florist for any of your floral needs.

I had placed an order online on May 7, 2020 for mothers day and scheduled it to be delivered on May 10, 2020 for my grandmother and aunt due to me being out of state. When I called and spoke to a lady on the phone kinda asking for a time frame or even if they were out for delivery she was very rude and wouldn't even tell me the status of my arrangement I had spent around $100 on. Only then when I told her I spent the money I did she then asked for the zip code and name on the order. When my family received them and sent me a picture of what they looked like it was nothing like the photo I saw online. It almost looked thrown together last minute. I understand if they were out of the purple roses but they could have called and said that they were out of that color and ask if it was okay to substitute them with another color but they never called. It looked nothing like what I had ordered. Only reason I'm not asking for a refund is due to the fact that they were delivered and my family is happy with them. I will not be returning to do any business with this company again
