A place that cares and understands that my girls are more than just pets! The staff is helpful and friendly. Dr. Shana Barack is very knowledgeable. She addressed my concerns and took the time to ensure I understood the treatment plan. Our new go-to veterinarian office.
I love the front desk and support staff here. They are all so friendly and are passionate about what they do. I love Dr. Kneapler, which is why we followed her to this Vet Office. She is so knowledgeable on both ferrets and dogs. She takes the time to fully explain what is going on and doesn't make me feel weird for asking 'dumb' questions. It is so nice to have such a great support systems for our four legged family members. If only they offered human care too. hahaha.nWhen we had to put our pet down, they were so kind, empathetic and really felt for the situation. I have also come in as a full on mess with my pups before, I have three, and they are so kind and understanding. They deliver the best customer service and I appreciate them so much. LOVE YOU GUYS!!
They really love animals here and even cater to exotics. I'm glad I found this vet. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new veterinarian.
The finest Veterinary Clinic we have gone to. We commute to the Clinic from Boulder and its well worth it. Dr Fincher has treated all 3 of our Labs over a 20 year period and we couldn't be more pleased. Our 2 year old Lab Bear couldn't wait to have his yearly checkup. Wonderful staff!
Friendly staff and I felt comfortable my kitten was safe and treated well while I was waiting outside since everything is curbside now.nnThat being said, I’m unsure I will continue to take my pets here... there have been 3 times now I have needed an urgent appointment (not an emergency but something requiring quick care- think respiratory infection in a kitten, sudden increased pain in a senior dog with cancer, etc) and they have told me they are totally booked and referred me to other vets.nnWhat is the point in having a regular vet if they can only see you for very far out scheduled routine appointments? At that point it’s essentially an over priced vaccination clinic. I want to like this place so bad but I’ve been continuously disappointed with the lack of care when it really counts....
