So impressed with Thrive! This past week was my first visit. I have a 12 yr old dog who needs dental work, hence 1st a Senior blood panel. I was contacted the very next day with the results. Wow! I brought in a urine sample on Saturday and was called Sunday morning with the lab results...what other vet clinic calls on a Sunday? The team, from the front desk to the doc were great with my pup, friendly, answered all my questions and were very professional. The 1 star reviews you see are about people being late for their appointments and having to reschedule. How is that the clinics fault? Argue about it with the receptionist who has to follow protocol and is short with you...what do you expect? A delightful friendly response? Good grief!nThank you Thrive for your awesome, professional service! I will continue to be a client! I've got more fur babes!
Friendly affordable caring staff. My friend had is 14 year old kitty put down here and they were so kind and patient. They let us in to hold her to say good bye. They helped provide private cremation. We got to choose a urn. We now take our newest kitty here after adoption. They are wonderful
We decided to use Thrive for our Basset hound puppy’s vet and it was the best choice! He’s only been for 2 visits so far (puppy check ups) but the staff and doctors are fantastic! Answered all of my new puppy questions and took great care of him.nnThey also have great safety precautions due to COVID. New easy to follow procedures that made sure I felt the staff and myself were safe.nnYou also can’t beat the affordability! There is no lack of service or care due to it being more cost friendly. I 100% recommend bringing your pets to THRIVE!
Was recommended here when I didn't know how I was gonna cover my dogs dental bill. Thrive saved me hundreds to 1k on my dogs dental. Even with multiple extractions and and blood work it was very affordable and still professional. They even caught a future health concerns in bloodwork and followed up. Affordable yes but also professional, gentle, and kind.
My dog has a little bump on her paw. Thrive has been wonderful at getting me through the process of blood work to surgery. I have had a million questions and they have called me back and answered them all with no issues. April their Lead Tech ensured that my puppers will be taken care of fully with love.
