Guardian Angel Veterinary Care

Called and explained that i needed to have my dogs seen. one had an ear infection the other had hot spots. went to them because i have always loved their service. receptionist said , 'we can do virtual visit' great. so i hustle home so that my dogs can been send. miss Tinetii start the visit. i had uploaded pictures. says she will call in medicine for the ear infection. i wait all night keep calling the pharmacy nothing. have my second apportionment, I ask about my dogs medication. she now says she wont prescribe them anything until she see a video of them. i am not at home. had you told me from the beginning you need to see a video of them.. because our virtual visit are not live. it texting back and forth. i would have went home like i did with the first apportionment. I tell her this is a waste of time. why have virtual visit if you are not taking care of the patient. their business ethics are no where near what they have offered in the past. such a shame. i would rather spend my money on a live Vet. than one who will not pick up the phone.

LOVE this clinic! It is very rare when each and every member of any staff is outstanding! These folks are! I am really choosy about who takes care of my loved ones. I completely trust GAVCC.

I just scheduled an appointment for my dog to get his vaccines. They are so professional and honestly so nice. I had so many questions and they were able to answer everything clearly. I was talking to a lady named Summer I think her name was. She’s the best! She helped me schedule an appointment and everything. I haven’t gone yet, but I’ll update this once we get seen and how they do. But so far so good!

Experience was great through and through. Dr. Erickson was thorough and amazing and gave me a lot of good information. Definitely would go back again.

This team has been very understanding and helpful with my dog. I was recommended by a family member. Definitely recommend.
