They don't do a good job with my cat. He's been on the wellness plan for 2 years and each time he goes in for a check up, shots are never performed because somehow a DVM and a team of vet techs can't get a 5 pound cat out of his carrier. They want me to fully sedate him (which is not covered by the wellness plan) and I'm not willing to do pit my cat completely under, just so they can do 10 minutes worth of vet care.
The veterinarian was very kind and knowledgeable, as were the vet techs. We definitely had a positive experience.
Very kind and helpful at this location. Didn't have such good luck at the orchard location. I would not recommend going to that one. Very careless
They are so sweet and patient, they help me feel better about bringing my fur baby here.
