All my dogs have been patients of Doctor Yedo For over 35 years,nMy opinion he's the best Vet I've ever know. I worked with Ellie in grooming & she is very good groomer. I highly recommend Allbrick Veterinarian Clinic. And also grooming, and boarding. They also had training, & believe that they still do.nC. Cobb ud83dude01

The attentiveness and general customer service is really lacking at this Veterinary clinic, It makes me feel uneasy about trusting them with my pets because of how sloppy they have been. I made an appointment to get my dogs teeth cleaned and the soonest they had was two months from then, which I settled for anyways. Then the day before my dogs appointment Christine called me to tell me that they had overbooked and not to bring My dog in. She then proceeded to give me an appointment about another month and a half out and she told me the incorrect date because I just got a call saying it was sooner than what I was told. While I was trying to ask questions about pricing/instructions for the night before, the front desk woman I was speaking to kept cutting me off and she hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question.nI understand that this clinic is busy, but there is no need to be so sloppy and rude. You will lose a lot of clients that way.

Good service

After a puppy vaccination appointment I decided to set an appt to spay my puppy, and made a deposit. They told me that my puppy would need to be in by 8am. I told them that I drop my kids off at 8 and could be there by 8:30 and they were fine with that and made a note of this. When arriving at 8:35 they told me that I was too late and couldn't do the procedure. I received a refund and was absolutely disgusted with the customer service and couldn't believe they were unable to accommodate a 5 minute delay, especially when coming from the west side of Stanley Lake. Absolutely unprofessional and rude service!

Allbrick has been my vet for all of my animals for nearly 7 years. They have very affordable pricing for vet services. The staff is always so friendly, kind, and great with handling my animals. The location is always clean and has ample parking. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else!
