Awful customer service! Delivery was missing several items and when I called the store they said that they were closing and couldn't be bothered to make things right. I got my money back for the missing items after finally getting a hold of the manager three days later. But it wasn't about the money...you should train your staff better in handling these kinds of situations.

My arrangement was welted and rotten. The strawberries were old and had mold on them and my oranges were hard on the outer edge and welted as if they were sitting out. My arrangement looked like it was made a few days a head of time. And when I picked up they made it seem as if it was made to order for me. I really hope my boyfriend didn't pay a lot for the rotten fruits. OSHA will be called or health inspector on this place. I posted a few pics of my rotten arrangement.

Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for Mother’s Day and the driver forgot the balloons. He said the store didn’t include them and he would make note of the shortage. When I called the store, they knew nothing about it. They did provide me with a refund but I would have rather received the balloons as requested and the lady over the phone was not nice at all. I should have read the reviews and saw how horrible this business is before I created the order because they definitely speak for themselves. I gave two stars because of the refund but I will not be a repeat customer.

Valentine’s Day their system crashed. Spent a majority of the day on hold waiting to find out where the order was. After speaking to 2 different “fruit experts” I wish I was back on hold. The first fruit expert placed me on a 30 min hold and never switched back over. 2nd fruit expert advised she wasn’t sure if my order would go out or not. After helping her to navigate basic problem solving skills we were able to figure out their system was down and they weren’t delivering any orders and no clue if there would be refunds or where to go from here.

Placed an order at 9:50am for same day delivery to new parents in the hospital. I was called at 2:55 informing me that they couldn’t deliver because of truck issues. They had 5 hours to inform me and I wasn’t able to call another location to place a same day order because cut off time is 3:00. They offered to deliver two days later but the parents were heading home in two days. I’m not sure who I talked to but they were rude and uncaring about the situation. Unhappy with lack of customer service.
