My mother passed away from COVID-19 outbreak at her care facility. A Better Place assisted me with all of the necessary arrangements and paperwork seamlessly. They offer affordable options, the staff is professional with excellent customer service and communication. Definitely would recommend their services during this time of need.

We chose A Better Place as the facility to carry out my mother's cremation. Considering the circumstances, it was an incredibly lovely experience. My dad lost the love of his life, but he gained so much peace be in knowing that she was so well taken care of until the end thanks to A Better Place. They kept us updated every step of the way, and we couldn't be more thankful to Jennifer and her staff.

I never thought I would be doing this now and not for my wife of 30 years. Beth Culwell was the love of my life, my best friend and a great mother and grandmother. She passed away unexpectedly at the age of 51. I am heartbroken and devastated, to the point that I could not handle making arrangements. My son in law Andrew found A Better Place and made the arrangements and he and my daughter Ashley ordered a custom urn. I was dreading the experience of going to get her today and was having a really hard time with it. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Ms Jennifer, the owner and within minutes felt more comfortable and relaxed with the situation. We talked for half an hour, her professionalism and compassion was heartfelt. She actually listened and cared about what my family is going through. I had questions and she had all the right answers. I am so thankful and blessed that Andrew found this place. I hope I never have to do this for another loved one,,,,,, but if I do there is no doubt I will come back. When I stepped in the door, I was greeted by a very caring and compassionate staff who walked me through all the necessary arrangements and answered all of my questions clearly and without any kind of pressure. This business is small, simple and sincerely handles our loved ones with the utmost of care, dignity and respect. One couldn't ask for any better during a very difficult time.

When my father passed away unexpectedly, A Better Place was there to tie up all the loose ends and help me through it. No visit required they walked me through what was needed, documents, id, etc all over phone and email; and even picked him up from the Hospice within an hour of my phone call. They were gracious and efficient, kind and made the process of his cremation simple for me. I trust the team at A Better Place and am grateful for their help during this stressful time.
