I got a beautifully made bouquet delivered to my door. It was a cold day and they were careful to make sure it was weather protected. The flowers are fresh and long-lasting.
Horrible phone customer service! willing to spend 60.00 for flowers sent to a 14 year old - The woman on the phone apparently only starts a conversation with - name on credit card......seriously? Not sure what item I was even talking about from their own website...I cannot imagine in our world today, not jumping with excitement when the phone rings.!!
Best Yet Flowers? What a joke. I placed an order for flowers and apparently there was an issue with my credit card, so I got a call from Carol who was clearly in no mood to help me. She seemed accusatory about the personal information that I entered being incorrect. I asked her if I could give her the information anew and she was frustrated that she’d have to start a new order. I told her maybe it would be best that we just cancel the order and she said okay and hung up. She was not at all interested in customer service or retaining the order I’d placed. I guess they must be doing so well it doesn’t matter...
Very nice place to buy flowers
Horrible customer service. I would pick flowers out of a yard before I spent any money in this dirty place.
