This vet facility has been great everytime I visit them! They moved buildings/locations from the first time I visited, but the service was just as good.nnPreviously, my cat needed emergency care which required her to stay with them for a few days. They kept me informed on her progress and helped her back to health over that time. Now, I've been bringing my cat in for regular checkups and the appointment is quick, thorough and relatively price friendly, especially if you do the wellness program and utilize all the aspects of the plan.nnI will continue to bring animals here until I move!

My boyfriend brought our dog here and,not once did he speak to the doctor about our dogs condition it was all vet techs and, the respcienst. This is the 1st time he has never not talked to a doctor at a vet. We also had to pay an arm and a leg and, wouldn't work with us with our expenses. We were willing to sign something to do a payment plan kinda thing. They weren't very good with communicating. I feel this place cares more about money then they do their animals.its all about the business not the care in my opinion.

My dog Buddy felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. We felt like we were being talked to like people with animals instead of a regular vets office. Did a GREAT job putting stitches in and explaining that its ok if the injury drains, and that dogs - brothers- can/will wrestle; they're dogs/puppies. We have found a new vet for all 4 of our animals!

A few months ago I asked how much it would be to diagnose a torn ACL in my dog and was told $170 over the phone. When I got to the clinic I was given an estimate for $450. On my most recent trip I was charged $1000 to hospitalize my dog overnight for pancreatitis. She was released to me the next day while still not eating. I took her to Fairwood for following treatment and was told that her pancreas is fine and she has cancer. I wouldn't take a pet mouse here.
