They were very accommodating and made arrangements to see our ailing dog quickly. They were very professional and helpful. We will probably make this our primary veterinarian clinic.
A while back, I brought my cat in to have claws trimmed. She was terrified and hissing. I know my cat. Had her since she was weeks old, she is 15 years old now. She has bitten me before, however, when I pet her head and her nose area, she calms down. The vet scolded me and treated me like I was stupid. His demeanor was then very cold. He quickly and roughly cut her nails, left the room and that was that. He might well know animal behavior, but I know my animals behavior. She was scared and needed comforting. He was cold and rude.nnI gave two stars because his staff is amazing and they ALMOST make up for the vet being rude, dismissive, and kind of a know-it-all. Won't return. My cat deserves better.
The vet wasn't very enthusiastic but he did his job and my dog got better. The ladies at the desk were very nice.They answed all my questions, I will go back.
Great Vet... Dr Weber has always been respectful and kind to all my dogs!
