Leslie is amazing! Made a beautiful bouquet with just the right touches in a very short time window. Thank you so much!
Would not recommend this florist to anyone. I purchased at bouquet for my fiancé and when she received it most the flowers were wilted. The bouquet really was a huge disappointment. Even worse when I called to complain Leslie was very rude. She rudely said she’d give me a refund “which I never received “ and hung up on me.
When I ordered for a military service, I asked specifically for a low spray that could sit on a table. The person taking the order asked several times if I meant a basket and each time I clarified that I did not want a basket. They sent a basket! Also the person taking the order told me they would take a photo of the finished product and text it to me and even confirmed what phone number to text the photo to but I never received a text from them. Extremely disappointed.
Decided to call a local shop instead ordering online. What a amazing experience. Such a fun person to deal with, and she actually cared about the occasion. Sent text of pic before delivery followed up after delivery to see if the recipient was happy. Overall best flower delivery experience, thank you! Highly recommended!!!
I contacted Medical Lake Florist from San Francisco to purchase flowers for my uncle's memorial service at the nearby military cemetery. I also forwarded my uncle's obituary as an FYI to help them with the details of the service including location and time, etc The result was a beautiful bouquet that captured elements of my uncle's life that went way beyond my expectations. I simply cannot find the words to express my heartfelt gratitude to the folks at Medical Lake Florist other than to give them the highest possible review and recommend them to everyone for whatever the occasion.
