Brandi was exceptional and as always Dr. Ally is wonderful! Brandi went out of her way to explain our big old Hound Dog's care and demonstrate kindness with the changes their clinic has had to endure in the presence of Covid. We were initially frustrated but were met with education and empathy as she explained the new process of a new puppy visit. Thank You Lib Lake Vet, Dr. Ally and Brandi!
I’ve switched one of my pets over to this vet after being with another local vet for a very long time. Very pleased with them so far and I haven’t even really personally met anybody due to COVID practices in place. I plan to gradually bring more of my animals here.
With Covid and outside service definitely a different vet experience. I get the feeling staff really care and once my cat was taken inside the exam was fast and efficient. Very reasonable exam fee.
Our family and pets have been extremely fortunate to have such a high quality vet center in our area. The people there treat us all as special friends and have earned any high accolades awarded them. Our current Pom has had some issues that they have addressed and helped him to overcome. They are truly a dog's (and any other animal's) Best Friend!
Iv had one good experience out of five. Thats why they earn 1 out of 5 stars. Needless to say i will be taking my business elsewhere and i advise others to do the same.
