So so bad! The ladies were extremely rude, the vet wouldn't even talk to me. After 3 visits for an extremity injury they still hadn't X-rayed. They kept my dog all day and didn't give him water, made him lie on cold cement which made his injury even worse. This place used to have a great vet but things have changed. I can't believe how horrible they treated me and my dog.

Wonderful compassionate care for animals and humans. My Brandy baby my 11 yr old jack Russell has been fighting cancer and she developed a cough. When I called they were very busy no openings for 2 months when I explained her situation they moved some stuff around and fit her in the next day! Unfortunately the news was heartbreaking my baby girl only has a couple of months to live if that. The cancer spread to her lungs, they listened to me cry and told me what to expect and about a good place to get her cremated. So far I have had to send 2 of my fur babies to heaven there. I highly recommend this place only vet in town so they are busy but worth it please pray for my Brandy girl.

The care of my animal was sufficient and the vet was nice on the phone. However the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. One staff member initially told me I could get heart worm test done and pick up prescription in in 20 min. I stated that I would run my dog home, to get him out of the back of my hot truck and she walked off in hast and said With nastiness, you can pick it up in the next month! I tried explaining that I work out of town and will not be able to pick it up in the next month. She stops half way entering the door and rudely yells out “so what do you want to do ? I have things to do”. This facility knows it’s the only vet in town and acts like they could care less about customer service.
