I took our Jack Russell Terrier here because our mixed dog attacked her and I was given directions with medication. Thankfully no stitches were needed for the puncture wounds.
They said it's a first come 1st serve. 3 people were taken ahead of me that drove in after me. This is after 15 minutes waiting on hold. I left without going in. And won't be back
They were very nice but I had an emergency with my dog and had no money at that moment so I was hoping to work out a payment plan but I guess that's not an option. So they wouldn't treat my baby. They did give me helpful advice on how to help my little honey.
Or 109 year old dog needed help in passing as she came to her time. These folks were wonderful from the moment we called and had us come in immediately. On arrival we were taken to a private room to discuss the details. Our dog had a wonderful and peaceful passing. We highly recommend this place.
The people that work here are all so kind and caring. No matter what the reason is that you are visiting they help you understand what needs to be done with your pet to help them. Rest in peace Osa!!!
