I love trader Joe's. They have helped me when I've been sick they have helped me shop they have helped me push my card around they have gone above and beyond anything any customer service person in this town has ever done for me or any of my friends. I don't know where they train these customer service people that represent them but they need to continue doing that because trader Joe's is one of the most consistent, nicest, compassionate and very helpful stores we have and are Reading area if I could do all my shopping here I would but unfortunately I can't do all my shopping at trader Joe's but I do do 80% of it there.
Good place. They have set times for older shoppers. They require a mask which IMO is a negative. Instead they should encourage it. Food is good, prices are great and quality is outstanding. There are some interesting people that work here. Never know the level of customer service you will get. All in all, good. My wife and I will continue to shop here.
Me thinks their covid capacity restrictions are a bit too conservative.
I always come here to pick up groceries and random odds and ends. The staff are always very friendly and helpful in helping you find what you need. Great grocery store and I have always had a good experience coming here. The only downside is that they do have limited selection for produce and pantry items, so you cannot always find exactly what you are looking for. However, if you are looking for a quick frozen meal, they do have a prized selection of various dishes.
I really like this place. People make fun of it for whatever reason, but the fact is, the food is fresh, and delicious. Even the premade stuff like the frozen orange chicken is a cut above frozen offerings at other places. Not too mention so much stuff that you simply can't find at other places. I'll always be back.
