If I could give 0 Stars I would. My husband tried to surprise me for my birthday, by sending a balloon bouquet and flowers. Which would have been great if they didn't deliver them a whole week early. They left my flowers at the front door of my work. I was not even at work. I sent a picture of the flowers to my husband. What they sent me and what he ordered were two totally different bouquets. Not to mention that the flowers were broken and falling out of the vase when I received them. He actually ordered me a pink and purple bouquet with lilies...unless they are color blind, there is really no excuse for a yellow arrangement with sunflowers no less. When my husband called the store they told him that he the flowers he ordered where not in season so I got what I got!! If the flowers are not in season, then maybe they should take them off of their website. Do Not order from Mallory's because they do not care!!!
Which I could give zero stars. Never will do business with this florist again. Paid extra for same day delivery. Was not delivered until 5 pm the next day. Flowers were wilted. And looks nothing like what I ordered.. Ruined my surprise for my daughters birthday. Horrible experience.
Had ordered on 2 occasions very important both times they said they had been delivered and they had not in fact the days they were supposed to be delivered it was a couple days later. Had to call like 5 times on the first time. The worst customer service I ever hadnTerrible. Stay far away !!!!
