Not thorough at all when it comes to a wellness exam. Completely overlooked a number of things that should've been examined. My dog wasn't even weighed. Went to Thompson Peak in Janesville, way better service. They found something this place would have found if they weren't so careless with their patients.nnNot very professional either, lady at the front desk was cussing up a storm while I was 3ft away in the waiting area. Messy front desk area too, no sight of organization.
Dr. Taylor have the shot while we were in the waiting room and our new puppy was in my son's arms. None of us, including the pup, knew it had even happened.
Dr. Taylor is a excellent small animal veterinary doctor!!
