Ayres Family Cremation

My sister died unexpectedly and they were so quick to get us in. They made us feel as comfortable as they could and had her ashes ready for us just a few days later so we could have her services. I highly recommend Ayres Cremation

I met with Ayres to discuss my pre planning options regarding my end of life. I was very pleased with his compassion, his honesty and ability to help one with giving the gift of a plan to our loved ones. Even though, I do expect to live a long life, his low pressure, cremation vs. burial options was full of informative valuable information. I recommend this local business 100%!

I found them to be lovely, they opened up on a weekend for a 'vagrant' even though they were closed, they cremated my brother basically on demand so I could get home in time to be back at work.They catered to my wanting them to hold my brother until I could see him even though they're not really set up for it. They took one of the worst moments of my life and made it ever so slightly more livable and I thank them deeply for it. I have read some of these other reviews and would like to point out that problems with the death certificate would be by the person filling out the vital statistics paperwork, which is the next of kin not some random person at the crematory.

My family had my mother Cremated there about a month ago they did a good job on on having my mother's ashes put in the container and box. But i was upset when i saw the hospital gown on her still and the hospital tags on her wrist and the smell of decay when we got to view her one last time before the cremation . Don't even know if they had her in a freezer box when she was brought there from the hospital. It would of been nice if they could of had us bring one of her nice outfits so they could of dressed her in before the cremated her and if they could of put some nice makeup on her when we got to view her one last time before they cremated her. They also messed up on her birth state on the death certificate. Other than that those are the only things that made me upset.

This family owned and operated business was by far the most respectful, and helpful resource we encounter after losing our mother. They went above an beyond to accommodate our last minute requests in order to fulfill our mothers final wishes. I hope you never need them, but if you do this is the place you want helping you through the end of life journey. I cant thank them enough.
