We took our cat in on a emergency visit. I thought she might have had a stroke she is older. Dr Flores ran test and asked us to return in the morning to check her sugar levels which we did he also asked us to leave her for a few hours so he could observe her. I really like this veterinarian he really cares about the animals he treats. When I returned to pick her up the lady who brought her out to me practically threw her into my arms and made a comment about me not having a mask on. ( If she would have given me a moment I would have had time to put it on ). We never did get a diagnosis which is totally understandable and thank god that Sassy is doing much better. Maybe I expect to much but every time I take my pets in to vet for anything they always call and check on them the next day but not this vet. So thank you Dr Flores for all of your help you are great. However the staff and after visit could really use some improvement....

This crew has taken great care of our animals, so nice in an emergency or when you need an extra hand with animal care that is a bit over the top for at home. Our Vinnie was cared for with his wounds for a super reasonable price and we now have him back home in much better shape! Thankyou Ferndale Veterinary

The veterinarians and staff are all friendly and genuinely care about your pet! Ever service they ever had to do for my pets has been careful and considerate and they even made a cute little memorial rock for my cat when he passed on, the extra step to show they care. ♡

During the COVID times, it's harder to take your pet in and not be able to go inside with them, however we know it's hard on the staff as well. We took Bowzer, our pit bull in and Dr. Ota and her team were all great! I know it's easy to forget to show how grateful we as clients are, to the staff and that they are even open during these crazy times. But please be sure to thank them and tell them how awesome they truly are!!!

I love going to the fortuna & ferndale vets. I’m pretty sure our little dog has seen all of their vets. My dog is weary of strangers and often freaks out in the waiting room. But even with all that they take good care of him whether he is getting his nails trimmed or vomiting. They have great after hours care with an emergency line that is a life saver. I trust these people, techs included, in keeping our little guy healthy and happy! Plus their app makes booking appointments and reminders super easy.
