Haven't even been here yet and I can already say that these people care about your pet. Weekends are busy difficult times for animal hospitals, especially if you are the only one within a 100 mile radius open on Saturdays. I am new to the area and have a senior dog with severe health issues. He was suddenly in extreme pain to the point of biting me and screaming every time I said his name. I called and the receptionist felt empathy for me. So much that she put the doctor on the phone. He told me how busy he was and I told him I understood but didn't think my dog would make the drive up to the hospital in Brookings. He felt empathy for me and took my number to check on me later. This type of response means the world to me because I thought everyone in the Veterinary industry was in it to save animals and had deep empathy for them. Sadly not many do these days. This one does. I would like to shake his hand and express how grateful I am to his receptionist for recognizing our plight and caring about both my pet and myself. These people care a lot!!!! I can't wait to meet them.

We love this clinic! Dr. Martello has gone above and beyond for the health and wellness of our three kitties. We are so thankful they are under the care of such an experienced and knowledgeable vet. The follow through and kindness received here has exceeded our expectations. Thank you Dr. Mark and the rest of the clinic staff!!

The Veterinarian was vary nice and professional. They got everything done quickly so I wasn't sitting there for 30 minutes plus like I have at other offices. The receptionist was nice as well as the assistant with the vet my puppy is very shy but took the Vet and vets assistant very well.

Crescent Animal Medical center is absolutely the best! After moving to the area, I picked them, and was SO VERY happy! All of the staff remembered my fur baby Percy, after his very first visit! My fur baby has urinary tract issues, but not anymore once Doc prescribed the perfect food! All the staff treat him so lovingly, and Percy loves them too! He’s never afraid in any of their care, and Doc is an amazing! He checks Percy fully each time we go, and always provides full and gentle care. Don’t go anywhere else!
