They were awesome with my little dog... Hopefully she makes it. They were Curitous and gentle very nice environment to wait and patient with questions I needed answers for.2 thumbs up....
The first time i took my dog Lucas to get his vaccinations he got a bad reaction and i give them a really bad review. I was very rude with Hanna when i went to took him back to the clinic after I realized how bad my attitude was i feel so bad the way i spoke to Hanna and I regret the bad review that i gave them they are all very kind and dogs will also get reactions just like we do too. I wanna give a huge thank you to the team that worked there they are very professional and are been very kind on my follow ups appts with my dog. Always be kind with everybody respect to be respect. I recognized my mistake and I want to say sorry specially to Hanna.
My wife and I were traveling when we noticed our dog, Piper, had a horrible rash and scabs all over her stomach. After calling three other vets (where we were told the doctors had gone home by 2pm on a Friday), we finally spoke to the receptionist at All Creatures Animal and Bird Hospital who said it might be a little bit of a wait but they could get us in. Thankfully, Dr. Wood was able to diagnose Piper with an extreme allergic reaction. She had to be put under so the doctor could shave her chest and treat the infection. Within 48 hours and some antibiotics, her rash was 80% better and her wounds were healing. We are so grateful for Dr. Wood for not only being an excellent doctor but also for being so hard-working and helping us on a Friday afternoon
Reasonable prices and they are the only place in Crescent City knowledgeable of exotic pet needs.
This is the only place that was able to help with our cat in an emergency situation. They were great with our cat and it didn't break the bank.
