I love this place! Great vibes. Caring. Forthright with information. Decently priced. They seem to actually give a damn about you, your time and most importantly...your animal.nnI live in Spokane and absolutely make the drive North for any vet needs. My dog is worth the extra miles just to know she will get the best care around.
We took our pup Bowser in today(a very small dog who got in a fight with some coyotes and survived) and we could not be more pleased with Deer Park Veterinary Clinic!!!! They were all so kind and treated our boy like family. They were so helpful and welcomed every call that we made throughout the day. And we were so surprised at how reasonably priced everything was!!! Thank you all so much! We will be recommending you guys to everyone we know, and please just know that we cannot thank you all enough for taking such good care of our baby!! God bless you all!!!❤ufe0f
After being a client and bringing my critters big and small for care here for 17 years I have to say the last 2 years service has fallen. The care is not the same quality. Every single time you call you are put on hold, I've been on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up (not just once). There are always excuses and reasons given, but bottom line if you can't reach them or they will not return your call they are not giving good care. Maybe they are short staffed? Then hire more. We pay high for treatment and our critters should be receiving great care. It often feels hurried and abrupt. Very disappointed.
Such care and concern for the individual animal. So appreciated. My 15 year old Husky/Shepard is a happy boy.
During this time of restricted access, I think this office really has a good system in place. We did have a long wait. I feel the care our cat received was stellar. The tech and vet communicated the diagnosis clearly and answered all our questions. I definitely recommend this place.
