Monticello Veterinary Practice

The visit was quick and everyone was very professional. The doctor & nurses took their time to fully explain everything that our kitten needed. Currently curbside only, very smooth process.

My dog never had any issues with the vet until I brought her here. I dont know what they did to her but she is now terrified of going to vets.nI just showed my new vet what this vet practice had me giving my dog and they were aghast, said I was fleeced by these people. On top of that I was never treated nicely, they are catty and rude every time.nnThey have you fill out the same sheet with your information every time you visit (which is a lot), and even though my email was wrong and I fixed it every time they still never updated it, resulting in me never getting her vet records. When I moved and asked for her records emailed they still had the wrong email, which I let them know and she apparently updated that day and said she would send me the information in the evening. When I didn’t receive them, I called the next day they didn’t answer, even though it was 15 min before they closed, I’m sure they were just done doing their job and let me go to voicemail—ZERO WORK ETHIC. The same woman I talked to two days before called me the next day (Wednesday) and gave me attitude, claiming that they actually needed 48-72 hours to send the information. Still not receiving the records by Friday, I went on their website and sent them a request for the documents so they would have my correct email because they showed incompetence in spelling my last name right countless times.nnI got an email today saying ‘Hello,nnThis is our forwarded email of your requested records we sent on Wednesday, 8/16’nnI never got the email and they added that catty ‘we already did this’ here’s a forwarded email. Which is an absolute lie, I don’t have any email from them. These people are absolutely incompetent and EXTREMELY rude, they don’t care about you or your animal, only your money.

I first brought my pack to Monticello a year ago, so far I have been 100% satisfied with their service.

Great place to take my dog. He loves seeing all the ladies that work there. Staff is always nice and helpful. I recomend all my friends and family here all the time.

Dr Heidi was the most compassionate and kind doctor when we had to let our 17yo dog go and be in peace. The outdoor setting, which was instituted for covid social distancing purposes, turned out to be perfectly beautiful. A slight breeze and you could hear the birds singing. So peaceful. They had a blanket on the ground and provided cold bottled water for us and kleenex. They encouraged us to take as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. Truly kind. The other staff present were also so kind and wonderful. Never an easy situation but made less painful by their compassion. Thank you to all.
