Great experience with Zion Sun Floral - the arrangement I ordered online turned out beautifully! And the store called me with a delivery question to verify they were delivering to the correct address. Very professional and smooth process. My daughter was thrilled with the flowers!
She was not rude but the arrangement we ordered was NOTHING like it was supposed to be. What she presented us with looked nothing like the picture and was the same quality of a walmart bouquet. When i confronted her about this I was told that is what you get because that is what I have. Go somewhere else and save your money.
Very unhappy with the bouquet we ordered. My husband and I ordered a Birthday bouquet for his mother and wanted it delivered. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and she stated that she didn't have all the flowers for the bouquet we picked out online, but that she'd put something together for us that was similar. She then asked us how much we wanted to spend and we stated that we wanted a "Deluxe" size so we'd pay $50.00. When his mother received her bouquet she sent a picture to us. It was absolutely NOTHING like what we had picked out online. His mother received a dozen multi colored roses, which is not even close to what we wanted. You can get a pack of roses from Walmart for $7. We wanted a really nice arrangement from a florist. VERY UNHAPPY. Will never order from here again.
I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday at 9:30 am and they had a beautiful bouquet delivered to her door at 1 pm. Great job! The lady on the phone was nice and professional. Very happy with their service.
10 days after Mother's Day and I am STILL enjoying my beautiful Mother's Day flowers. Still going STRONG ! ABSOLUTE BEST flower shop in Cedar City. Thank you!!!
