Bouquet of flowers, 2 balloons and candy....nToday is my birthday and I received a wonderful surprise from my daughter & her boyfriend. They live out of CA. The flowers smell yummy and they are beautiful!!! The balloons are cute and sometime today I'll have some of the candy!nThe delivery person (Carla) was delightful as well!!! I normally tip most deliveries, but I spaced out on this one. I was on my way out right after she left so I went by Texis Flower Shop & left her a nice top.nTY Texis Flower Shop
Two out-of-state family members have ordered flower arrangements from Texis Flower Shop to be delivered to my home. Both bouquets, about a month apart, were GORGEOUS and the delivery girls were so nice, too.
The flowers were lovely but the delivery driver made me uncomfortable by not wearing a mask or maintaining 6 feet distance. She even leaned into my vehicle without her mask on to talk. I didn't want to be rude and ask her to back up but the more I think about it the worse I feel for not sticking up for my families safety. I wish I would have just politely asked her to back up or that she would have had the courtesy to maintain distance no matter how she feels about the current situation.nNow when I look at my flowers I just keep going over how I could have handled the situation better. ud83dude25ud83dude1e
When the flowers I ordered via ProFlowers for my Mother-in-law’s memorial service arrived, I was super disappointed. But Elizabeth (I think) made it right by delivering another arrangement to the church. Great customer service!
I ordered an arrangement through TeleFlora.com to be sent to a dear friend on the loss of her brother. I selected the 'premium' arrangement and this is what was delivered. Obviously I wouldn't have known what the arrangement looked like if my friend had not posted a picture on Facebook. Perhaps florists think its okay to provide a cheap imitation since most senders won't know what was received. Shame on them.
