I live out of state now but wanted to order from a local shop for a family member's birthday and not 1-800- Flowers to support my hometown. Online ordering was easy and I received a photo of the arrangement before they were delivered. The flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was nice and full without having to pay for an upgrade. Beautiful arrangement. My wife loved them. I was a little worried about the designers choice option but added some thoughts into the section to tell the designer and they nailed it perfects. Great job guys.
Not only were the flower arrangement and flower box absolutely beautiful and exactly what I ordered, but they called and checked to make sure I placed the order for the right date. I had purchased an arrangement for Mother’s Day, but asked it to be delivered 5 days later (Mom was out of town and wanted it delivered when she returned). Ponderosa Flower Shoppe saw that it was a Mother’s Day gift and called to make sure that I didn’t make a mistake on the delivery date. Now that’s customer service! The delivery process was perfect and they notified me via email exactly when and how it was delivered.
