The website for the vaccination clinic said walk -ins are welcome. My daughter brought her cat there for a vaccination and they said that she needed an appointment due to Covid. Even though they had open slots available that day, they told her she couldn’t have one because they told her she had to make one online 24 hours in advance. This makes no sense to me. Terrible service.
This LPS gets the majority of my business because they have a biologist named Dana. He has saved a lot of fish in my home and made taking care of my fish a whole lot easier. Petco is very fortunate to have him, and us customers are very fortunate they have him too. A lot of information I could not find online as well as your not just getting an experience someone has had but the real nuts and bolts of it all. I don't know of any other store that has an expert there to help you. This is definitely the go to guy as far as aquariums go. I do very much like all the employees here as well. All very helpful and enjoyable to do business with. Old school customer service, they even ordered extra of a product I needed. Not one bad experience, great people. And for you young single women, the young adult men here are very handsome, time to get a new pet! LOL. Oh, and they have a delivery service I intend on using when I have surgery, how awesome is that! Highly recommend.
