Dr. Simpson is a gem. She fixed our Boxer's knee and helped us and our hospice pup cross over the rainbow bridge. Everyone here is so helpful and considerate. I highly recommend.nBefore Covid we were able to go inside. Very clean.
Had to take my doggie here when she got sick. The Vet and techs were amazing. I had to put my baby to sleep after test were ran and everyone was so caring. Gave us as much time as needed before we said goodbye. I recommend VMSG to take care of you and your four legged babies.
5pm on a Sunday night and I found a stray. Since the shelter is closed I called and asked if we could take him here and they said yes but it would be a wait. We called again when we got there and waited over an hour for them to turn us away!?!?!? I have 2 dogs of my own that will NEVER go here will also never recomend this place. GARBAGE!!! Just be honest from the start and don't waste peoples time!!! Never again!!!!
We needed a vet while traveling through Ventura. I phoned 9 vets from Oxnard to Santa Barbara and no one would squeeze me in for an appointment. VMSG. took us in and cared for our four month old puppy. He was accurately diagnosed and fairly priced. We were able to continue on our road trip. The staff was friendly, attentive and caring. I would definitely recommend when all other vets turn you away.
Our Yorkie Molly has collapsed trachea. Last night she was having an attack and was in distress. Having trouble breathing and coughing. Thank goodness for the expert help she received at VMSG she is almost back to normal tonight. We left her overnight for care (oxygen) and observation. Had we not taken her I doubt we would be loving on her tonight. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone at VMSG for your expert care. ud83dudc95
