Dr. Feingold was phenomenal. On my way to Alaska (military) and we needed a health certificate and vaccines for our kitten we found as a stray. We came in thinking he was a he, but found out he is actually a she lol Dr. Feingold and his staff took great care of our girl. They were all very helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this clinic and would return if I was not moving to Alaska.

The staff and vet have continually gone above and beyond for our family.nnTo begin with, when my dog broke his dew claw no one in town could fit us in. When I called OVH they told me that they had a full schedule. HOWEVER, they could make time for him because they didn’t want a dog to be in pain.nnWhen I went there everyone from the receptionist to the vet tech (sooo sweet and gentle with my pup) and the vet we were warm and professional.nnAdditionally, I recently called after hours hoping to have them call me back the next day. To my surprise I received a call ten minutes later. When I asked about the after hours call the receptionist simply told me that they were closed but she had checked the phone one last time. If I were her I would have left my call for the next day. But no! She called me back, off the clock, just to help me solve my issue (which wasn’t life or death at all, just pharmacy related).nnOVH may not be the most glamorous office you ever visit but it will be the biggest hearted.

I have been taking my little rescue here for two years now. The staff is always great and so caring! Dr.Feinstein cares about the pets and is very upfront about costs. I’m glad they are so considerate and have always squeezed us in as best as they could!

I called to get information on a pet certificate and they told me I had to come a week before my trip to get it. Soon after I mentioned the destination, which is a US territory, they put me on hold and then said they didn’t do them, even though is clearly stated on past reviews that this is a service they provide. This behavior is dishonest and discriminatory, thank God I didn’t do business with them.
