I placed an order for Valentine's Day online. It said guaranteed delivery well my credit card was charged, and no flowers were ever delivered. I called about seven different times throughout the day, with no one ever picking up the phone. I tried it again the day after Valentine's Day to get my money back, and it goes straight to voice mail. The least you could do is tell your customers that the order wont be honored. Tagging it as a scam!!!
