My overall experience was good. I ordered flowers for my mom and asked for them to be delivered at her resting place at the Santa Clara cemetery. The customer service rep I spoke to seemed nice. She explained what I would be getting and confirm I couldnPlace the order online which was very convenient for me.nThe only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I specifically asked for a picture to be taken so I could see the beautiful arrangement along her graveside. But I never received it.nnMy brother went to the cemetery that day and he is the one who provided the picture so I got to see what the flowers looked like. Needless to say the arrangement was very beautifully created so I was satisfied.nnThank you for accepting to accommodate my delivery to the cemetery.
Fantastic customer service and spectacular arrangements:nRosa is an artist with live plant orchid arrangements. She hand selected both the orchids per our preferences but also went out of the way to get the perfect container. The recipient was thrilled and sent us a picture of the gift which was far beyond our expectations. She remembered us from the last order including my name and who my last order went to.nWe love dealing with this business as she makes things so easy!nWe will continue to use them whenever possible.nthank you Rosa!
Outstanding service. The arrangement was beautiful and pricing can't be beat. The florist was kind, helpful and clearly and expert at her craft!
4/13/2020nIt was Saturday before Easter 2020 and I needed flowers. Rosa, the owner saved the day. 3 doz beautiful roses in pastels and had them arranged and delivered in less than 2 hours. They were so beautiful that the recipient cried tears of joy. I called 10 other places before making my way to Rosa. So thankful the others didn't want the business because they were about to close or didn't call back until after I found her.nI like supporting local businesses and especially female owned.
I placed an order online for 2 arrangements 2 sm stuffed animals for a fair price to be delivered to the same adress... the recipients only received 1 arrangement and no stuffed animals .... the flowers were not exactly what I ordered but they were pretty I've been trying to call all day to see what happened and no one will answer the phone nor does the email listed on the website exist.nExtremely disappointed!
