We have been coming here for years for our cat, and now our puppy. The staff here is so helpful and kind, and even when we see that they are crazy busy, they always give us their full attention. Their help never feels rushed and they answer all of our questions. We always leave feeling like they truly care about our pets! We have never had any sort of even slightly negative experience. Thank you, team!!

Park Animal Hospital was so great to my family and our new member Bruno! They were out to greet us at our car within seconds, kind handling Bruno. Couldn't say enough great things about the Doctor who spent her time explaining any concerns we had, was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Went here with my first dog Abby and loved how kind and gentle they were, which is why we chose to take our new dog Bruno there for his check up. Thank you for your kindness as always.

Been coming to this company for almost 20 years when the original owner was set up off Los Angeles Ave. Never had issues with family dogs health in general and just went for the routine stuff.nnMe and my dog recently got attacked by a pitbull that was not on his leash at the park. My dog was traumatized.nnTo make this long story short, they treated my dog and my dog recovered. The fact that they added to his log that he is “an aggressive dog” was not necessary. Yes, the technicians need some sort of note to understand if a dog is a little on the edge. There are many other words to describe my dogs state of mind ... after such trauma and being around strangers and being in a small room is not easy for dogs. And justifying that he’s aggressive it’s too much. The manager was no help when I tried to discuss this matter off line. They failed to call me back after two calls I made and after one email.nnTo think that I have recommended this place too many people and many people have made it there primary vet. I regret giving them those referrals now.

Park Animal Hospital has been caring for our little dog for all eight years of her life, and she's always had a great experience there. They've fixed her major health issues as well as the usual routine check-ups, and she continues to thrive. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming, and our little pup get excited whenever we pull into their driveway. (I wish my own healthcare were this enjoyable.) Thanks for always taking good care of Vienna.

This is the first time I have ever gone to Park Animal Hospital. The office is very organized. All the techs were very patient and nice. When it was time to go over what was needed for my dog Smokey the nice young lady was very thorough and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. She put my mind at ease. I feel confident that Smokey is getting the best care needed. I’m definitely taking him back and would refer any friends and family to Park Animal Hospital.
