Great, fair pricing. Glad to know some places are still available for Spay and Neuter Services. Staff was great too. We drove 60 miles but well worth it.

Very nice and great to the animal's

This place set up an appointment for our pets in Palmdale. They spayed and neutered our female and male dogs they also vaccinated them which was awesome for a low price. The female working outside the mobile location was friendly and very polite. However one of the workers whom was a white male was very rude and aggressive. As soon as he exited the mobile to assist us with another male he had a upset looking face. He approached our vehicle made comments about our dogs. Keep in mind we did rescue one of these dogs from the street who was a stray dog, he weighs less than 10 pounds but doesn’t do well around strangers. He caused our smaller dogs to also get upset but are very loving and do very well around people. This male told us our dogs have terrible social skills and should be going on walks and if we plan on selling them we would have a problem. First of all we didn’t go to have someone comment about our dogs, second of all this male said it very rudely and was impolite. He should be re-trained about his poor customer service skills and spoken to about his poor attitude. Between me and another family member we spent almost two hundred dollars there and would of been fully satisfied if it weren’t for this male with his poor attitude. Although I would like to kindly thank the other workers for their work and for being out here helping families and their pets during this difficult time.

During the quarantine, the staff made it very convenient for the owners to drive up and drop off their beloved pets for neuter or spay. They did a great job with my puppy and had no complications. Picking up was a breeze. They even called me to let me know my puppy was ready for pick up! Appreciated their courtesy call the day before to make sure I knew what to expect and had cash to pay. Very helpful and price was reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
