Amazing experience with this pet clinic. I have 3 kiddos, 2 German Shepherds and a Pit Bull and while my regular vet seemed impossible to schedule them even in emergencies (when they would be sick they would say oh sorry soonest we can see them is next week.. ) I called Blackhawk and they would get us in within hours! Staff is very friendly and the doctor in the clinic is very knowledgeable and professional. Doctor always gives the best and most practical advise, you can tell right away he knows what he’s talking about. He really cares about your pet and your pocket at the same time, if it would’ve been his choice and advise I would have happily spend thousands to make sure my pets were okay but he kept me from doing so more than twice by giving me the best advise based on his experience and everything turned out just the way he said it would. I heard this place was very pricy compared to other vet clinics but I have no complaints on their prices at all, to my opinion they don’t even charge enough based on the service and experience you get here. One of my Shepherds wasn’t eating or drinking at all and seemed very sad/ depressed and I was about to take her to the emergency clinic but took her to this place instead and all I paid was $125! Including consultation, medicine and even a vaccine. The very next day she was doing great and they even called to make sure she had gotten better.nNever taking my kiddos anywhere else other than here and I would really recommend this place to anyone who really cares about their pets and that is looking for the best and most informed opinion from a great doctor who actually cares about their health and not just taking money from customers. Would give this place 20 star rating if I could

Alright wish they had staffed overnight care. The people at the desk etc. Are nice but I've had to put down an animal there and at another location due to old age. Bed side manner at spokane locations was alot more comforting. Got to hold my animal while he passed at other locations. Definitely cheaper and closer than emergency vet though.

Best and only place to go in the West Plains. I have many pets and have had horror stories elsewhere in Cheney. Care for your pet with experience and fair prices.

They got us in pretty quickly with being a walk-in. Was patient with the owner who has Alzheimer's and Dementia.
