I ordered a custom bouquet and it was absolutely fabulous... all I did was explain the occasion and they did absolutely magnificent work. The recipient was extremely happy and called me right away. She said the was the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever received.
Was asking for a dozen roses for my mothers birthday. So older lady offers me a dozen arrangement for 90$ right off the bat. Then i ask is there a smaller arrangement? Proceeded to tell me she can give me 6 roses for 55$ and didn’t seem to have the time to offer me any other options. RIP OFF. Never again. Go take your money elsewhere
My sisters fiance had ordered flowers and chocolates to he delivered to her on Mothers Day. The flowers came promptly and were beautiful, however the chocolates were missing. After a very short and apologetic call, the representative assured her she'd receive her chocolates the following day. 2:00 the day after Mother's Day she is delivered not only the chocolates, but a beautiful complimentary rose bouquet. This is the kind of above and beyond service that local folks offer. Thank you Petey Perks!
Guess I’m posting under my sons account to do this review but I wanted to thank the woman who went above and beyond today to make a last minute Boutonniere for my sons prom tonight. They were busy with prom and Mother’s day orders. They didn’t have what I was looking for and the woman offered to whip one up real quick and even did it at a discount. Made my sons night. Thank you for caring about your customers
Terrible customer service and ugly replacement arrangements that do not match what was ordered online in any way. I ordered a country basket of live flowers that included violets and trailing ivy. I received tropical flowers. If an order cannot be filled, do not list it as an option when ordering. If a replacement needs to be made email or call the person who ordered it! Use colors and flower types that are similar to what was ordered. My niece, her name was Violet. All arrangements ordered showed up pink and white with no purple flowers to be seen or any live plant arrangements including violets. If you cannot fill an order do not show it as an option!
