This place is really amazing! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and you can tell they care. Even during n g these times with the virus, they try to work with everyone. You may have to wait a bit, but the care that the Drs give is well worth the wait!
I was concerned about letting them operate on my dog after 1. Reading many concerning reviews and 2. Meeting folks at the dog park who strongly advice I not go there. I was told there was no board certified vet in San joaquin County however this clinic said they had one who traveled from Sac just to do surgeries. I looked him up and he has wonderful experience with ortho and knee procedures and I went through with it. I am very glad I listened to my own sense. He called me multiple times to update me on concerns prior to operating, informed me of additional costs and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. My baby was home the same day with a corrected floating knee cap and a new cruciate ligament. They gave me step by step info both verb and written and gave her quality pain meds to keep her comfortable. They called me the next morning to check on her and she is doing beautifully. Thank you Dr Vida and all the staff at Village Oak!
The best. The staff is so caring, all of the doctors are wonderful. So happy the college vet staff moved here. These guys have helped us with 4 dogs with everything from ear infections to surgeries and referrals to specialists. Can't say enough great stuff about them.
Love this vet. Very caring and kind.
