Weve been using Petcare for years but since the nee ownership, they seem more in the pocket of big pharma than really caring for the animal. The last few visits have been the vets trying to convince us iof procedures we should do as preventative measures when they clearly know nothing about the breed of our dog or giant breeds in general. I'm only giving 3 stars because we do like the facilities and know there are some good vets and staff. It works for some but not for others
