You could not ask for a better vet or better vet staff. They are kind, thoughtful, honest, and will always look into all viable options for your pet’s care. My family has taken five different cats and a bird to both Dr Thorn and Dr Farquhar and each received the most incredible care. The pets and people of Santa Rosa are lucky to have Alderbrook.
Everyone at Alderbrook is wonderful (especially Alex at the front desk, and Dr. Farquhar). They go above and beyond to accommodate our dog, Abby, and make her as comfortable as possible at each appointment (she is very fearful of going to the vet). Since Dr. Farquhar started at Alderbrook, our dogs fear and anxiety during vet visits has gotten so much better because he has worked very hard at getting her more comfortable with being there. He even gives her a special treat at the end of each visit so that she has a more positive association with going to the vet.
My first experience at Alderbrook Pet Hospital couldn't have gone better. I had some serious concerns about her health and after an excellent exam I got the answers I needed. My kitten is doing well now. I am very grateful!
I love this vet. Great service, great communication. They even loaned us a carrier so we could bring both cats on one visit!
Alderbrook was new to me and my dog Waylon and it is/was during the Covid 19 pandemic. The staff and the doctor did such a great job in general let alone during a pandemic. We will be back. The communication was amazing. Thanks
