I’ve been going to this vet for nearly a decade. 4 animals over the years have been served at this location. Staff is always professional and very friendly. They treat my dog as if he is their own. They go out of their way to make sure you get the best service. I have recommended this vet to various people. I moved to Napa and I had no doubt about commuting to this location for the best quality service. I appreciate their work for the animal community.
My dog got very sick and they had no appts left, but managed to get her in within minutes! They have been so helpful and are always calling to check up on my girl. She is doing great thanks them!! They are just a wonderful, caring, loving staff!
This was our first time there. Everything was done from the car. Very nice office girls. Doct was very informative. All done over the phone.
Very happy with our vet office in American Canyon. The staff is wonderful, pricing is up front and and very competetive for the top quality care received. My chihuaha/terrier was fixed at this office and they took such great care of her, I just keep going back. The app they have also makes it really easy to get care, track records and keep up with your pets health needs especially during this time.
I am sad to say that in a situation where my 11 year old huskey is yelping and needed to be seen, the earliest appointment they could give me was 3 weeks out. I had been going there since they opened, with no problems. Unfortunately because if this situation, I they not only lost my business, but my trust as well. I get Covoid 19 has changed the way they do business, but to turn down a senior dog in pain is not acceptable.
