Animal Advocates Veterinary Hospital

I have had occasion to visit Animal Advocates Vet Hosp twice. First time, I took in my sister's dog (while I was dog-sitting) for a follow-up visit. At that time, I was very impressed with the doctor's interest and thoroughness. Now, during Covid, I took my own dog to have his ears checked. The assistant came out to my car, took down all the pertinent information, then took my dog inside. Later, the doctor called on my phone and discussed my dog at length. I felt very well heard, and that my dog was well taken care of. Note: I like this vet hosp so much, I drive all the way from Berkeley!

My search is over. What Kat is able to flawlessly execute on is exactly what everyone of your competitors can't seem to provide.nnFrom the bottom line perspective, Kat clearly understands that it costs you more money to replace a dissatisfied customer with a new one that keeps coming back.nYou just can't predict profitability or maintain growth without maintaining and increasing on a reliable core group of repeat customers.nnWhatever you are paying her, it is probably not enough.nnOn the backend...nDolores is amazing! She is on top of scheduling, billing, reminders and special requests.nI gave her a hard time (unjustifiably) the other day about a very minor billing related issue. She maintained absolutely professionalism, accomodating and polite even though I often come across as abrasive.nnThe attending vet was brief, to the point and all business. His diagnosis, forecasting and execution on surgical work was spot on and flawless.nnThis organization is tight...every moving piece seems to fit and compliment the other.nnI demand accountability from every organization I do business with.nnThey exceeded all my expectations.nnBravo!

Wonderful caring compassionate staff. Got me in after calling 5 other vets with an emergency and all others said week wait. They were amazing and awesome!

They are always super helpful to me kind to my animals and thorough with the care they provide.

For the second time in a row, I was unable to get my dog in at her previous vets for a unexpected issue. This time she ripped off a toenail and I couldn't get it to stop bleeding. While not what I would call an emergency yet, Animal Advocates was able to see her in 30 minutes. She now has a new doctor. While we still love her previous doctor, one of several in this office, they seem to have out grown the ability to provide care for existing patients with urgent needs. I'm pleased to have found Animal Advocates, as they appear to be available for their patients as needed. ud83dudc36❤
