In my opinion Oak animal hospital deserves it's 5 star rating.nI've been taking Karl (long hair Dachshund) to Dr. Chen since he came to us.nKarl is 15 now. I took him in today to see HIS doctor Dr Chen.nI personally feel Dr Chen has a deep, caring, personal interest in every animal she treats that's why I always ask to schedule Karl's appointments with her.......nAnd the two ladies who work the front desk........they are both just wonderful......and....I don't know how many other clinics you have been to.......but these ladies have been here at Oak a LONG time......nAnd that tells me they like what they are doing because it sure reflects in their professionalism.

I've had wonderful experiences with my cats and Oak Animal and my mother's dog. Dr. Chen is very thorough. She answers questions and let you know exactly how much everything's going to be before tests are made. She answers all questions thoroughly and shows a genuine caring and vested interest in my animals. On occasion I have had to see other vets at Oak Animal when dr. Chen was not working that day and they equally were helpful kind and caring

I've been taking my animals to Oak Animal Hospital for over 15 years. I've always had fantastic customer service and the vets are awesome. Thank you for always giving my animals past and present excellent care ❤

Pleasant staff and Doctors. Had several cats go in there and have had excellent treatment. Good follow-up as well.
