Thank you for the positive experience. Five stars easy. Efficient and friendly.nnIf there were room for improvement, I would say the atmosphere could use some homier touches, a little less severe and modern and more with an eye towards warmth and comfort. Just my opinion only.nnBut truly, I have found my vet.
Dr. Thoreson is very helpful and thorough with his treatment and diagnosis. He is willing to answer all of our questions and truly cares about our pup. He gives honest advice and doesn't try to upsell us on uneccessary services. The office staff are always friendly and welcoming too!
The people that work here are super friendly and treated our puppy as if he was one of their own. They gave us very accurate quotes and actually found a package that saved us some money. Any questions we have they have no problem answering. They will definitely now be our go to vet.
I have been so impressed with this clinic. We got our first pet the end of last year and have taken him to Klahaya Animal Hospital a total of four times. Twice for routine care, once for an emergency surgery, and once for allergy symptoms. Every time we go, we are treated so well and you can tell that all the staff is really invested in the health of your pets. The prices are very reasonable and they always give follow up calls to check on your pet about a week after the visits. Just can’t get over how sweet they are there. They also play worship music in the lobby and it makes me feel at home. Good vibes for sure! I highly recommend Klahaya Animal Hospital!!
Due to covid the wait time for emergency was horrible. I waited for 6 hours. However other vets couldn't see my dog for 7 to 9 days. So I give them 5 stars. They were nice and my dog got the help I could not give her.
