Our puppy Chief needed emergency help today and I called the closest vet to me. The nicest young man answered the phone and said we could bring Chief in right away! I was so surprised! We came right down , checked in, and immediately got back into the exam room. Dr Norton was in less than 10 minutes later. He was so kind and gentle with our boy. I was so impressed with the options he gave us as well as pros and cons. We decided that Chief needed a small surgery and they got him in moments later! The surgery was done in less than 2 hours. Not only am I relieved and so grateful for the help from Dr. Norton today I was so impressed by the efficiency of his whole team. Everyone genuinely wanted to be there to help. The facilities were the cleanest I’ve ever been in. It did not look or smell like any vets office I’ve ever been in before! Sydney helped us with the instructions on aftercare for Chief and was patient and kind with our questions. Today we found a new vet! And we are so thrilled! Also THANK YOU for not making us wait in the car and for letting us come inside to help us. This team and Dr Norton are exceptional. Sarah & Brigham

What a great crew! Typically when you bring your pet to the vet you will be loaded with anxiety along with your pets begging to not be subjected to the coming atrocities. Not here though. Not today. The crew get you right in and get you squared away ASAP. I even received a few check in calls after the visits. Nice.

My son's service dog is greeted by name with high amounts of praise each and every time we come here. Love all of them! ♥️♥️

This has been the most caring, thoughtful, and incredible service I've ever received for my cat. We've had a number of emergency situations and they've bent over backwards to make sure everything is taken care of immediately and with perfect care. Thank you guys so much again! Best experience that I've had with a vets office. The staff is great, and the doctor always knows what's wrong with my pets. Would definitely recommend!
