Color Country Animal Hospital Cedar City

I called this facility around 10 pm on a Friday night due to my little guinea pig having seizures which is quite fatal for their little hearts. I understand it was late but they offer on-call services and charge a lot to use these services, which I was willing to pay if they were willing to help me. I called the normal office number and was redirected to call the "on-call" number where a lady picked up and I frantically told her about my poor little guy, she quickly cut me off and told me to call another number. The other number however was just the main office again that redirected me to the same on-call number. I called the on-call number again where a guy answered this time and took down all my information, told me I would have to pay a $25 fee just to talk to the doctor, again completely willing to pay since I was quite a distraught guinea pig momma, and then "connected" me to the doctor. After 5 mins on hold, the guy came back on and said the doctor wasn't connecting but he got my message and would call me back. It's three days later and he never called... so much for caring about animals for a vet... luckily I was able to look some stuff up that will help my little piggy until I can get into my actual vet on Monday... but honestly, very disappointed and will not be even giving this facility a chance based solely on my first impression of them....

I am a registered dental hygienist and a holistic health practitioner, so I might add that I am a bit particular when it comes to cleanliness, professionalism, honesty and natural health. This team fits the bill and I look forward to going back for my sweet 11 year old Lexia wellness visits and upkeeps. The doctor called me twice personally to discuss Lexia’s health. I will be adopting another young 2 year old soon that has been “abandoned” twice and I know this team will take the extra measures to show sweet Penny love and affection. Hands-Down if you are looking for a vet, pick this one!

My first experience was an emergency week call. I was able to get in within an hour on Sunday. I have stayed with Dr Pyne ever since. All of the staff are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable

The doctors are great, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. They have seen both my dogs and cat.

Our Molly has been quite sick recently, and Dr. Pine was available and took great care of her! She frequently called us with updates and asked clarifying questions. You can tell that all staff members at this facility care about our pets and do their job very well. I fully trust them.
