Had a good experience today with my puppy. They took the time to answer any questions I had, really went into detail and assured me we weren't failing as puppy parents! very helpful and personable. Of course appointments and vaccinations are pricey but they had a good Care Plan which helps with regular visits and vaccinations a LOT!. I felt a lot better leaving, because before getting there we felt discouraged like we just were failing him.
I do NOT recommend this place!
Amazing staff...took great care of my fur baby. Gave me numerous treatment options with price ranges so I could afford her care. Dr called me the next day yo see how my dog was feeling
Over the holiday weekend, we noticed our cat had lost almost all of his claws on his back feet. There were open sores and black scab like gunk between his toes. This was the first vet we were able to get into because of covid/the holiday. The vet looked him over and said it was anxiety and that there was probably a new cat roaming around. She gave him an antibiotic shot, anti inflammatory pills, and a cone and said he needed to wear it for 6 weeks to grow back the nails and get over the habit. A week later we were able to get into our regular vet to check on his healing progress. Our vet said that, with a quick check of the gunk from his toes under a microscope, he actually had a yeast infection and he'd chewed his nails because they were so itchy!! So our poor cat had to go an extra week with extremely itchy and painful toes because the original vet thought it was just anxiety!!nAlso while the vet was very nice, the vet tech was not so much. This combined with the very wrong diagnosis, I would not recommend bringing you pet here.
Give it 4 stars. The doctor is super nice. She explained every well and so is the manager and Lisa. Lisa is such a nice lady and Roscoe showered her with kissies.nThe 4 stars because I believe that their prices are just way too high. This is not a cheap vet for sure.nOther than that I have no issues at all.
